----Nanhai welfare center of Nanhai district is located in Zhangyuan road, Luochun, Nanhai district; it is on the north of Luohu toll station, traffic there is convenient. There are farmland and lakes around it, the environment there is beautiful and air is clear and fresh. There paves lawn, plants fruit tree and flower. The welfare center has 2800 centiare of building area, has 4000 centiare of virescence are. Living are per child excess the standard of "basic criterion of social welfare institution" issued by national government. The fitment inside buildings is neat, square-built and bright. Children outdoor activity field, alcove and corridor et al is set up out door.

----In order to ensure the crippled children can habilitate in time, there set up an infirmary,a care unit, a separating unit, a milk preparing unit(equipping sterilizing tank, refrigeratory, mix round machine ), an indoor activity unit(sliding board for children, tilting board and rocking horse), an exercising unit for crippled children(waving pool, equilibrium bars, supporting ladders, remedy chairs, walk-assisting machines for children, Baci balls, assembled soft pillows et al), a teaching room and a learning room(book cases, student desks and chairs, television set, DVD machine) et al. In the infirmary there equips basic medical instruments, includes X-ray machine, ¦Â ultrasonic machine, electroencephalogram machine, electrocardiogram machine, oxygen absorbing equipment, air sterilizing machine, heart preservation box for baby curing, new born baby jaundice treating machine, phlegm absorbing machine, first-aid kit, transfusion equipment, medicine-chest and refrigerator et al. The common diseases and frequently occurred diseases can be cured.

----Every baby room equips air-conditioner, exhaust fan, bathing room et al. living establishment has sew and washing room(there are wash machine and dryer), milk preparing room, dining room, bathing room et al, and there are air-conditioner and exhaust fan in every room.

----The department was formally run at June first, 2002, it has 200 beds. The tenet of our welfare center is "the whole shoot is in the interest of children", there has high professional post doctors, habilitation doctor, alimentation doctor, special teacher, nurse, they carry out systematic habilitation for children with brain paralysis, weak intelligent or limp crippled children, give special education to different characters, enhance the ability of adapting sociality and live by themselves, promote children's body and mind developing healthily.
